Hyderabad Police Filed Case on ‘AP CM Jagan’ Car

Vastavam web: Telangana state police has booked a resident of Kukatpally Housing Board Colony in Hyderabad for grossly violating the rules under the provision of Motor Vehicle Act 1988 and Central Motor Vehicle Act 1989. T

he man, who owns Hyundai Verna bearing original registration number AP10 BD 7299, has displayed AP CM Jagan instead of the registered number. Since this violates MV acts, Hyderabad police have caught the man and booked cases under IPC 420, 210 sections. They have issued the FIR in Crime No. 761/19, U/s 420, 210 IPC at Jeedimetla police station.

On interrogation, the man revealed that he is native of Pittapuram in East Godavari district. He claimed that he had put ‘AP CM YS Jagan’ name on number plate to avoid “toll fees” and to avoid “searches” and for “safe drive” everywhere.
