Vastavam web: With the swearing-in ceremony of YSRCP chief YS Jagan as chief minister of Andhra Pradesh. The Governor of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana states E.S.L. Narasimhan has set a new record in the history of politics on Thursday. He became the first governor in the country to administer the oath of office to five governments. By administering the oath of office to YSRCP chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, This would be the fifth government going to be formed during the tenure of Narasimhan. Prior to the bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh, Kiran Kumar Reddy had taken oath as the CM of the state in 2010 and Narasimhan administered the oath of office and secrecy. Later, TRS supremo KCR and TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu took oath as the CM of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. In 2018, KCR was sworn in as CM of Telangana, administrated by the same Governor. Including, Jagan’s government, a total of five governments have formed during the tenure of the Governor and it is a unique record set by Narasimhan.
