PM Modi weakening constitutional bodies: APCC Vice President

Vastavam web: AP Congress Committee (APCC) vice-president and Congress senior leader N Tulasi Reddy said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi was not making comments suitable to his stature. Speaking to media persons at state party office on Thursday, he described Modi’s black mailing tactics against West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee as ‘undemocratic’ and not suitable to his stature.

He wondered as to how the Prime Minister could make comments as 40 MLAs of Trinamool Congress were in touch with the BJP. He said the PM’s comments were defaming the Constitution of India and the values of legislative bodies.

He also said the PM made false allegations against the Congress leaders that he was facing life threat from them. He said the Prime Minister was using the religion, caste and money to win in the elections. Stating that Narendra Modi was not suitable for PM’s post, he said the BJP leaders should know the value-based politics after observing the Congress president Rahul Gandhi’s conduct in public speeches.
