Congress Legislature Party to file petition against 10 MLAs

Vastavam web: Congress Legislature Party (CLP) will file a petition before the Assembly Speaker against its 10 MLAs, defected to Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS). CLP has already submitted its petition, but the Assembly secretary Narasimha Charyulu didn’t accept it as he’s not competent authority. The 10 defected MLAs – Rega Kantha Rao, Anthram Sakku, Chirumarthi Lingaiah, Haripriya Naik, Sabitha Indra Reddy, D Sudhir Reddy, K Upender Reddy, Vanama Venkateshwara Rao, B Harshavardhan Reddy and Jajala Surender have submitted their resignations to Congress party already.

CLP has already kept necessary documents, newspaper clippings and video footage to prove disqualification of 10 defected MLAs and will submit along with petition to the Speaker. CLP chief Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka, MLAs D Sridhar Babu, Gandra Venkataramana Reddy, Seethakka, Podam Veeraiah, T Jagga Reddy, Komatireddy Rajagopal Reddy and Pilot Rohit Reddy took part in the CLP meeting to decide on the future course of action.
