BJP govt waived 3 lakh crore corporate loans: Kisan Congress chairman

Vastavam web: All India Kisan Congress chairman Nana Patole here on Tuesday accused the BJP-led government of killing farmers in police firings. Addressing the Kisan Congress southern States conference, Patole pointed that the Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana was launched for the benefit of Reliance Company. He said the Centre was reluctant to waive crop loans, but it waived Rs 3 lakh crore loans owed by 15 corporate houses. The anti-Modi wave is blowing across the country, he said.

The farmers were benefited by the Congress governments’ schemes only. He said most of the irrigation projects in the country were building during the period when the Congress was in government.
