AP willhave separate High Court from January 1st

Vastavam web: The wait for the bifurcation of Joint High Court of Andhra and Telangana has ended as the Apex Court has delivered a sweet piece of news for AP people. The bench with a couple of Judges lead by its Chief Justice declared that the separate High Court has been sanctioned to the residual state of Andhra Pradesh today.

The Supreme Court of India stated that the High Court will work in the temporary buildings in the working capital Vijayawada until a new building is constructed in its permanent capital Amaravati. The Bench of the Apex Court after hearing the Centre’s plea didn’t take a U-turn and stood with its decision. At the same time, the AP Government tried its best to have the HC in Amaravati and it even claimed a temporary building in the new capital itself.
