Kuwait Pam Officials in action to solve the issue of 105 indian workers

Vastavam web: The Public Authority of Manpower officials intervened into the issue of 105 Indian workers who were not given their salaries since last June and are living in a dilapidated condition. The authority stated that the complaint was about the failure to pay salary dues, non-renewal of residency, and the demand to return the passport to employees who wish to leave the country in addition to the inadequate housing facility given to the workers.

Earlier, 105 Indians, of which 99 are from Tamil Nadu, working at Shuaiba port have filed a petition with Indian Embassy to intervene as they don’t have money even to buy their food. The Indian Embassy has intervened and has been discussing with the company and authorities to sort out the issues.
