Vastavam Web: Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut has been among the national headlines from the past few days for her controversial statements on drugs consumption in the Hindi film fraternity and the verbal war between her and Maharashtra government which includes Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray and his son Aditya Thackeray.
Kangana Ranaut has been making some solid statements in the last few days. Ever since Sushanth Singh Rajput has passed away, she has taken upon herself that she will make sure that the drug and mafia in Bollywood should go away. So, as a part of it, she has been taking so many names and today, she directly tagged PM Modi and requested him to treat all the regional language film industries as one and not different.
Kangana Ranaut who has been fighting with the Maharashtra government and a section of the Bollywood industry has now declared that the Telugu film industry is the number one in India.
According to her latest tweet, people have the wrong perception that Bollywood is the biggest film industry in India but it is the Telugu film industry that rules. She also mentioned that most of the Bollywood films do their shootings in Ramoji Film City in Hyderabad. Kangana Ranaut also said the Telugu film industry has consistently been making Pan-Indian projects.
“People’s perception that the top film industry in India is Hindi film Industry is wrong. Telugu film industry has ascended itself to the top position and now catering films to pan India in multiple languages, many hindi films being shot in Ramoji Hydrabad,” she said in her tweet.
Kangana made these comments reacting to the news that Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is planning to sept up the biggest film city in Noida to counter the dominance of Mumbai.
