Vastavam web: TDP supremo N Chandrababu Naidu wondered why the State government failed to take precautionary measures though advanced information over the threat of floods was provided by the Central Water Commission and ISRO. The government totally failed to prevent inundation of agriculture fields, lamented Naidu. He said the YSRCP government had planned to inundate his house at Undavalli and as a result agriculture and horticulture fields spread over thousands of acres were submerged. Naidu gave a detailed explanation at the TDP State office in Guntur on Friday on how the floods could have been managed by the government with the help of a power point presentation.
He urged the government to distribute one month ration to the flood victims. Naidu said if the capital is shifted from Amaravati fearing threat of floods, then such a measure should be taken even with regard to cities like Mumbai and Delhi.
