YS Jagan personally targeting me: TDP Chief

Vastavam web: Andhra Pradesh’s leader of opposition N. Chandrababu Naidu on Tuesday alleged that YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) government is personally targeting him. The Telugu Desam Party (TDP) president said from the manner in which the government was functioning, it appears that he is the only the problem for the government.

This was his first visit to his constituency since losing power to YSRCP in May. He thanked people for electing him to the Assembly for another term. Naidu said the government’s entire focus appeared to be on his house and on scaling down his security instead of solving people’s problems. He was referring to the notice served for demolition of the house he was living in Amaravati on the banks of the Krishna river.

“The government itself does not know why it demolished Praja Vedika,” Naidu said referring to demolition of the meeting hall built during his rule close to his house in Amaravati.

The TDP chief said Jagan Reddy had got 30 internal probes involving him, and that when nothing was found the chief minister vent his anger at the ministers.
