Cyberabad Police to move High Court as Former TV9 CEO fails to cooperate

Vastavam web: Cyberabad Cybercrime police will submit all the evidence in the case relating to cheating and forgery case registered against former TV9 chief executive officer V Ravi Prakash in the High Court on Monday. Cybercrime ACP Ch Y Srinivas Kumar said the police had questioned Ravi Prakash for three consecutive days, but did not get any satisfactory information.

He said Ravi Prakash did not cooperate with the police and did not produce documentary evidence to substantiate his contention. So, the police decided to submit all the electronic evidence seized during the searches and the information collected from the witnesses to the court on Monday.
