YS Jagan First Signature As AP CM On YSR Pension Scheme

Vastavam web: After a heated political campaign and a sweeping victory, Jagan Mohan Reddy took charge as the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh on Thursday as Governor ESL Narasimhan administered the oath of office and secrecy to the YSRCP chief at the Indira Gandhi Municipal Stadium in Vijayawada, amid huge cheers from the thousands of people who had gathered to witness the event. After taking oath, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy gives his maiden speech as Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh. “Haven’t included pages for each caste in the manifesto, haven’t included unwanted stuff to just lure people. Our manifesto is just two pages and people will remember it forever” said YS Jagan, on the greatness of his party’s manifesto, which led them to victory today. “I consider every single word in my manifesto as a Quran, Bible and Bhagavadgita” he adds. Like he promised in his manifesto that the pension that will be given to senior citizens will be raised from 1000 rupees to 3000 rupees. “This will be the YSR Pension Scheme and those senior citizens will get 2250 rupees from June month as their pension,” says Jagan, as he made his first sign ever as Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh. Jagan added that he will be increasing the pension from Rs 2250 to 3000 over the next five years.
