Chandrababu Naidu to woo investors in US for sustainable development, AI projects

Vastavam web: AP Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, during his visit to US, called upon the Silicon Valley professionals and investors to come to AP and make use of the facilities being developed here for research and development in artificial intelligence and related technologies. The conference was presided by Ramana Jampala, who is a leading expert and advisor for many software firms in US.

Listing out priorities, Mr. Chandrababu Naidu said that all best and emerging technologies would be brought in to AP to make them an integral part of the state’s future developmental goals. Mr. Naidu further said that AP came out with a special “Artificial Intelligence Cloud Hub Policy 2019” to encourage and attract big projects in gaming and animation, IOT, DTP and start-ups. The policy was aimed at bringing ground-shifting changes in sectors like primary education where conventional low-result methods could be set aside by bringing skills of experts within the reach of all students.

Mr. Naidu also informed the delegates that a Centre for Fourth Industrial Revolution is going to be set up in AP in order to make the state a front-runner in embracing emerging technologies like AI.
