Kerala Minister praising Prabhas

Vastavam web: Kerala, the southern Indian state just recovering from the worst floods in nearly a century, is now battling an outbreak of leptospirosis. Several Stars from Tollywood, Kollywood, Bollywood and Mollywood came in the support and donated huge amounts. Recently Prabhas has donated Rs 1 Crore. Now Kerala State Tourism Minister Kadakampally Surendran and actor Sheela are showering praise for Prabhas and slamming Mollywood stars. Bollywood Badshah Shah Rukh Khan donated Rs 5 crore. Several other stars like Megastar Amitabh Bachchan, Akshay Kumar, Sushant Singh Rajput, Rohit Shetty, from Bollywood helped the Kerala victims.

Now, Kerala State Tourism Minister Kadakampally Surendran and actor Sheela have slammed the Malayalam stars for not contributing more. They made sensational comments on Mollywood stars in the context of Telugu star Prabhas reportedly making a generous donation for Rs 1 Cr towards the Chief Minister’s Distress Relief Fund (CMDRF). The Minister said, “I have not seen any such donations by Malayalam stars despite them earning so much.” He added, “In our State, there are number of stars who are getting get at least Rs 3 Cr. All of them should learn from an actor (Prabhas) from Andhra who has given Rs 1 crore.”
