Vastavam web: Rayalaseema region and ruling TDP MP from Anantapur JC Diwakar Reddy seems contentious with the political life he enjoyed in the last 40 years. He said that political atmosphere at centre as well as in the state is not congenial and the existing situation is forcing him to bid adieu politics soon. The veteran politician said that morals and ethics are depreciating in the politics. He said some politicians are stooping very low for selfish reasons and personal gains.
JC said caste, creed, religion still play dominant role in today’s politics that are said to be reasons for his growing averse to the politics. When asked about the flyover issue in Anantapur which JC had raised on several occasions that ruling party MLA is opposing it and creating hurdles to it, JC said local leaders and the CM Chandrababu Naidu should answer this.He said that he demanded funds for the development of roads in Anantapur but rivals are spreading canards against him. His son Pawan Reddy is highly educated and wanted to pursue politics as career. Parties will give ticket to him if he is fit.
