We commited to ensure monthly income of 10000 to poor says CM Chandra Babu

Vastavam web: Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu committed to make sure that every poor family gets income of 10,000 per month.Speaking in Assembly Chandrababu said government took several measures for development of poor.He said 46 lakh social security pensions were given under NTR Bharosa scheme and Chandranna Bima scheme.He said the government targeted construction of 20 lakh houses in the state and also determined to make the state open-defecation free.

He said the DWACRA women should be given training in this regard to work as per the vision of the government on ensuring minimum income to every family. “I have more confidence in DWACRA women. They should be a driving force in realising government’s aim of providing minimum income to every family,” he said.He explained the welfare schemes being implemented for women. “Thalli Bidda express, Amma Amruta Hastam, Basavatarakam kit, sanitary napkins to 1.60 crore women, bicycles for girl students of Class VIII and some other schemes are exclusively formulated for the welfare of women.

He also said the government had decided to implement Chandranna Pelli Kanuak scheme for girls under which Rs 45,000 to ST families, Rs 40,000 in SC families and Rs 35,000 to BC families.
