I had worked with Naseeruddin Shah in ‘Welcome Back’ and I met Ratna ji at that time. When I approached her for the role, she liked the part.I feel lucky that a celebrated actress like her said yes immediately.”She picked up the Punjabi accent and culture beautifully. She is one such actor who takes a performance to a different level.”
