Deepak Reddy sacked from TDP

Vastavam web: Telugu Desam Party has sacked the MLC G.Deepak Reddy who was arrested by Police in land grabbing charges. He has been facing the charges of grabbing the lands and producing forged, fake  documents.  The decision was taken by chief minister N. Chandrababu Naidu at a party coordination committee meeting at his residence in Undavalli near Vijayawada on Thursday. Deepak Reddy from Anantapur district is a son-in-law of TDP MP JC Diwakar Reddy. The chief minister also constituted a three-member committee to study and report back on the ongoing feud between his cabinet colleagues Ganta Srinivasa Rao and Chintakayala Ayyanna Patrudu.

Both the ministers locked horns after Ayyanna Patrudu accused Srinivasa Rao of playing a role in a land scam in the Visakhapatnam district. Taking a serious exception, Srinivasa Rao dashed off a letter to the chief minister requesting him to refer the issue to the CBI. The chief minister had already ordered the constitution of a Special Investigation Team (SIT) to probe the land scam and submit a report to him.
