Kolkata’s​ spectacular win over Bengaluru with 6 wickets

Vastavam web: At Chinnaswamy stadium in the match between Kolkata Knight Riders and Bengaluru Royal Challengers​ Kolkata won the match by 6 wickets. Bengaluru took first batting, Travis Head(75 not out,47 balls,3×4;5×6) Mandeep Singh (52;47 balls;4×4;1×6) did half centuries and in the limited 20 overs it Scored 158/6. Umesh Yadav took 3 wickets Narain took 2 wickets.The batsmen trio Gale(0) Kohli (5) De Villiers (15) showed a week from and for 34 runs the team lost 3 wickets but Mandeep, Head corrected the innings, however the match was stopped by the rain, after the restoration of the game Mandeep did his first half century in the season but became out in the following over. Umesh in the last over did hit 2 sixers  and 1 four, in total 16 runs and made the Bengaluru score a respectable 158/6. Later Kolkata started batting and in the chase, Sunil Narain hit big shots and dominated the Bengaluru’s bowlers. In the fourth over in Badri’s bowling Narain got hattrick of 6s and later in Srinath’s bowling he got hattrick of 4s and completed has century in 15 balls. After that Narain became out, captain Goutham Gambhir (14), Grand Home(32,28balls,1×4;2×6) played consistently and at last Manish Pandey (4) took the team  to victory.
