Vastavam web: Sahara chairman Subrata Roy got relief in the SEBI special court enquiry on this Friday. SEBI (The Securities and Exchange Board of India)special court cancelled the prior non-bailable warrant, and released Roy on personal bond. SEBI filed a criminal case against Subrata Roy, and the director of Sahara India real estate corporation,and the director of Sahara housing investment corporation in Mumbai. SEBI filed a case under the section 24 violation SEBI acts, and a case related to the charge sheet which is issued in 2012.As a part of this case proceedings the court issued a non available warrant. In the next month on 18th the court will hear the case and its primary accusations.
