Smith scored his 20th hundred in Dharamsala Test

Vastavam Web: Australia captain Steve Smith hammered his 20th Test hundred as the visitors cruised along in the fourth and final Test of the four-match series in Dharamsala.Smith along with David Warner guided Australia to  131/1 in lunch to put the visitors in a strong position. Continuing the good work, he negotiated the likes of Ravidnra Jadeja, Ravichandran Ashwin and new boy Kuldeep Yadav very well before bringing his fifty up in just 67 balls. The second session didn’t start too well for the Aussies as they lost for quick wickets.
Kulddep removed Warner and that was followed by Shaun Marsh, who gloved one down the leg to Umesh. However, Smith keep soaked in the pressure and then went onto score his third hundred of the series from 150 balls and his seventh versus India in Tests. But, he failed to capitalise on it and go and a make a big one as he was snapped up by Ajinkya Rahane in the slips off Ravichandran Ashwin right before tea for 111.India, on the other hand, started the day on a bad note as regular skipper Virat Kohli missed out due to his shoulder injury that he picked up during the previous Test in Ranchi.
